Shipping Info
Most Orders received and released before 3.30pm Monday through Friday will be shipped out same day. If your order contains one of the few parts that are not currently in stock, you will be notified of any delay beyond 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.). In the event there is no one available to receive your order, the driver will leave a card with details on how to receive your delivery.
Most orders to UK addresses are delivered the next business/working day. Orders shipped outside the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail, International Signed For.
For orders that are not to UK Mainland destinations, including Isle of Man, Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland Scottish Islands, etc, and the European Union destinations may incur a delay in delivery. In the event that we cannot deliver your order or a part of your order we will endeavour to inform you within three working days via email.
It is also important to note that Non UK Mainland Deliveries are not a guaranteed next day service.

PC Upgrade delivers to locations all over Europe subject to cleared funds but regret that we are unable to ship to destinations outside the EU without special arrangements. BFPO, European, International and certain postcodes within the UK are currently processed manually. The cost of shipping is applied to the order by PC Upgrade staff and an e-mail is then sent out with the updated order. The customer can then check how much delivery will cost and decide whether to complete or cancel the order. If the incorrect shipping is applied by the customer you will be contacted outlining the exact cost of shipping.
Customers are responsible for any duties, customs taxes or other additional costs incurred.

Shipping Rates are based on a flat rate up to 30KG, except for Desktop or Laptop Memory only orders, if your order exceeds this we will then contact you with an estimate based on weight, size, delivery speed and geographical location. Value Added Tax/Sales Tax
If you are buying from outside the UK, but within another EU member state, the rules for VAT are as follows. If you have a VAT/TVA registration in your own state, by quoting us your registration number (including the two digit country letter) when you first buy from us, we are able to send you the goods without charging VAT. You will then include this foreign purchase in your local VAT return and therefore effectively pay your own country's VAT level on the purchase. If you do not have such a registration, ie you are a private buyer, then we must charge you UK VAT at 20% on the total order value. This is European law and we have no discretion here.
If you live in the Channel Islands, and register with a GY or JE postcode, our computer system automatically calculates your invoice without VAT. Do not worry if some of the marketing materials show a VAT-inclusive price. We are well aware of VAT law in the Channel Islands, including Jersey, Guernsey Alderney and Sark. We are obliged to charge normal UK VAT to residents of the Isle of Man as this is regarded as part of the UK for VAT purposes.
